2007 Fall Event and Gathering
The 2007 COIAA Fall event was a potluck picnic with group participation events was held on Sunday, October 14 from noon - 3 PM at beautiful Juniper Park in Bend Oregon. The event was attended by some 25 internal arts students, teachers, spouses, children and interested parties. The following schedule was strictly adhered to so we could finish on time:
Noon - 1:30 Meet, greet and eat
1:30 - 1:45 Small Heavenly Orbit qigong by Joyce Burke Brown
1:45 - 2:00 Three Internal Harmonies presentation by Ryan McGladrey
2:00 - 2:15 Self-massage for Eye Health qigong by Steven Foster-Wexler
2:15 - 2:30 Separation of Yin and Yang lecture by Paul Benton
2:30 - 2:45 Push Hands Partner Exercises by Chris Matthews
2:45 - 3:00 Walking qigong by Steven Foster-Wexler
The day was warm and sunny all afternoon. For awhile it looked like the social gathering would steal the day, but the group sessions were well attended and it appeared that people enjoyed themselves while learning something a little bit new. Enjoy the pictures!
