Maggie Annschild, Ph.D.
Spring Forest Qigong
Drawing upon ancient
wisdom, modern science, and the philosophies of East and West, I feel I am in a
unique position to bridge the worlds of facts, models, methods and mysteries.
My Ph.D. from Ohio State
University has helped me be discerning as I studied with many masters. In
Coaching, Martha Beck; In Meditation, Jack Kornfield; in EFT, Gary Craig; in
Hypnotherapy, Steven Gilligan, and in QiGong, with Chunyi Lin.
Spring
Forest QiGong was begun by Master Chunyi Lin in the early 1990’s and has spread
world wide to many thousands of practitioners. It is a simple, efficient and
effective method for helping you heal physical and emotional pain and enhance
the quality of your life and the lives of others through gentle movements,
focused attention, breath awareness, and imagery.
Anyone,
regardless of ability, age or beliefs, can practice the techniques of Spring
Forest QiGong to become healthier and happier.
The
terms, MOVING THE BEAUTY WAY and MOVING MEDITATION are mine. As I’ve taught
people these past few years they are words given to me in moments of practice as
other ways to express what it is that is occurring. Calm, balanced, energetic,
and empowered, are words that describe people practicing with me.
You may
practice daily or irregularly. There is only Good, Better, and Best when it
comes to the benefits. If you are looking for:
a way to
help others heal
relief from pain, sickness, disease or injury
relief from stress, anxiety, depression
a balanced life
abundant energy
a more positive outlook
greater insight into life
Join me in Moving the Beauty Way.
