I am a certified Soaring Crane Qigong instructor and have been teaching since 2003. I live in Sisters and have taught for COCC, but currently teach two times a week at Sisters Athletic Club.

I have experienced great healing personally as I have arthritis in my spine. Qigong has made an incredible difference in my life and I enjoy having students to practice with.
